1. Consulting & Digital Deliverables
All consulting services, including but not limited to Root-Cause coaching, ancestral guidance, and custom protocol documentation, are considered delivered and earned at the time the information is shared.
Final Sale: Due to the intangible nature of intellectual property and the time intensive labor involved in our sessions, all service fees are 100% non-refundable.
Client Responsibility: We provide the tools and lineage-based wisdom; however, the implementation and subsequent results are the sole responsibility of the client. Lack of implementation by the client does not constitute a grounds for a refund.
2. Apothecary & Custom Goods
Our apothecary items are handcrafted in small, intentional batches.
Non-Refundable: For reasons of hygiene, energetic integrity, and the custom nature of our creations, all apothecary sales are final.
Voucher Exchange: If you are unsatisfied with a physical product, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a digital voucher of equal value. This voucher can be redeemed specifically for our Holistic Dietary Supplements.
Damages: If an item arrives physically damaged, please contact us at our Contact Page within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to coordinate a replacement.
3. Non-Payment & Access
We believe in the "Power of the Exchange." Respecting our time and labor is a requirement for remaining in this community.
Suspended Access: Failure to complete a payment or a revoked transaction will result in the immediate suspension of access to Content & Memberships and the cancellation of any sessions booked via our Scheduling portal.
Permanent Blocks: We choose not to engage with collection agencies. Instead, we reserve the right to permanently block users from the site and all future services for unresolved non-payment. Re-entry into the partnership will only be considered once the outstanding balance is settled in full.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By "Accepting the Partnership" on our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these financial terms. We value your presence, and we ask that you value the work.
